Claims and Appraisers LLC: We are a public adjusting firm. What is a public adjuster? We are adjusters that DO NOT work for insurance companies. Rather, we work for homeowners. We advocate for what they are entitled to from their homeowner’s insurance policy, and make sure they do not get underpaid by their insurance after a property damage claim.
How we get paid
Contingency Basis: Like attorneys work on a contingency basis. We make nothing unless we recover (get) anything for our clients. When we do recover (get) a settlement for our clients, then we make a small percentage of what we recovered.
